Return Policy:

Returns are for clothing items only.  You may return a clothing item within 7 days from date of receipt for store credit or exchange only (less shipping/handling costs). You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a shop credit or exchange. Please email info@wovenplay.com for a Return Authorization.

International Shipping:

Please note--USPS First Class International does not include insurance or have a tracking ability, so please select the "with insurance" option ($4 flat rate) if you would like to insure the package.  USPS Priority International includes tracking and $100 insurance so if you want a higher value insured, please select the "with insurance" option ($4 flat rate) and we will add full value insurance for orders over $100.  Please be aware that uninsured packages will be at your own risk.  We have almost never had an issue with a lost package, but it can happen.

 Out of stock items:

On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
