Returns & Exchanges 

Return Policy:

Returns are for clothing items only.  You may return a clothing item within 7 days from date of receipt for store credit or exchange only (less shipping/handling costs). You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a shop credit or exchange. Please email info@wovenplay.com for a Return Authorization.

All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS or certified US mail to:

International Shipping:

Please note--USPS First Class International does not include insurance or have a tracking ability, so please select the "with insurance" option ($4 flat rate) if you would like to insure the package.  USPS Priority International includes tracking and $100 insurance so if you want a higher value insured, please select the "with insurance" option ($4 flat rate) and we will add full value insurance for orders over $100.  Please be aware that uninsured packages will be at your own risk.  We almost never have lost packages, but it can happen.

On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
